What is the Returns Policy
- Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order via our contact page.
- Requests after the allocated period will not be accepted.
- Include in the email:
- Your order number
- Relevant info of the issues
- If your return/refund request is approved, please confirm with our customer service team to obtain the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All Blues does not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

Returns due to the customer ordering incorrect size will not be accepted.
- Please review sizing details before purchasing.
- If your refund request is confirmed, All Blues will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in.
How long do I have to submit a return or exchange request?
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
